Garmat’s Dual Bay Frontier offers all the performance of a Frontier Modified Downdraft Spray Booth with twice the throughput capabilities.

A space saving design with the mechanical built into the roof, this unit features Garmat’s patented air flow methods. 

As with all Garmat standard line of products, it is equipped with a dual inlet reverse incline fan on the exhaust, giving you the air flow and performance you expect from Garmat. 

Standard models offers curtain fronts, but fully enclosed models are available. .

24 ft Downdraft Spray Booth

Interior Dimensions:

Light Fixtures:

  • (16) 4- tube light fixtures /64 light tubes 
  • All interior accessible for ease of maintenance 
  • Add sidewall light package for increased illumination

Exhaust Configuration:

  • Unlike competing brand of semi downdraft spray booths, the Garmat design pulls the air to the base of the towers, where it is exhausted inside the tower chamber through bag filters. 
  • Bag filter design provides 54% more useable surface area than competing brands 
  • Easy access – no grates to remove

  • 1.0 MBTU Direct fired heater with fast temperature rise, features Aluminum and Stainless Steel Burner construction 
  • HMI Touchscreen Panel – State of the Art Controls 
  • Recycle on Bake 
  • VFD on Exhaust

Curtains:

  • Top secured heavy-duty non-combustible curtain walls with clear view vinyl center panel for unobstructed view 
  • Fully enclosed, sewn in chain in bottom hem for motion reduction and improved appearance 
  • Glides easily on Steel Track & Rollers 
  • NFPA and California Fire Marshall approved for fire retardancy 
  • OSHA Approved
